Imagine a Forsyth County where everyone, of every age, can thrive. A place where our streets are safe, our healthcare is accessible, our community is connected, and our homes support us as we grow older.

This isn’t just a dream – it’s the vision of Age-Friendly Forsyth.

We believe that the best way to build this future is by listening to YOU. Your experiences, ideas and insights are invaluable. They help us understand what’s working well and where we can do better to ensure Forsyth County truly supports all its residents.

To ensure that Forsyth County is a place where people can grow older with the resources, services and supports they need, Age-Friendly Forsyth (AFF), an initiative of Senior Services in partnership with many other local organizations, is interested in hearing from you!  We are surveying people aged 60 and older who live in Forsyth County (or people who provide unpaid care to people age 60 and older) to help identify key issues facing the aging population and learn ways to make Forsyth County more age friendly.

The survey was designed to gather information from people like yourself about your living arrangements, health and your feelings in general about our community. Your individual responses are anonymous and will be held in the strictest confidence.

The average length of the survey is 13-15 minutes, but the length depends on your answers. If you are unsure about how to answer a question, give your best guess.
Use this link to access the survey: https://seniorservicesinc.org/aff-survey/.

Surveys will be accepted until Oct. 15.

If you have questions about this survey, please call Senior Services at 336-725-0907 or email affsurvey@seniorservicesinc.org.
