Burke Technology Center dedicated at NAACP headquarters

Top Teens held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, Feb. 13, for the Dr. Vivian Burke Technology Center at the NAACP building, 4130 Oak Ridge Drive.
Six computers and a printer were donated and installed by Ken Smith of Global Communications.
Kya Rowdy, NAACP Top Teen Chair, made a presentation to Mayor Pro Tempore Vivian Burke thanking her for her presence and her tireless work and commitment to the community and especially to local youth.
The center, which also has internet access, is available for the public to use for free.
