Bryson Canty did everything he could to push the Reagan Raiders over the hump against Davie County last week. Canty and the Raiders fell just short, losing 49-40 against a tough and rugged War Eagle squad.
North Forsyth and Walkertown both marched into last Friday’s game unbeaten. Most people predicted the Vikings to come away with the victory, but Walkertown showed they are not the same old Wolfpack as they decisively defeated the Vikings 41-28.
The Chronicle has followed young O’Shae Fernanders throughout his freshman year as he transitioned from middle school to high school basketball. Now that he has concluded his first season on the varsity level, he shared his thoughts on the new level of competition.
