Co-working space now up and running

Flywheel is now open 24 hours a day and seven days a week for business.
The innovative 11,585 -square-foot co-working space is located in the newly-dedicated 525@Vine building in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
Flywheel offers a flexible, shared work space where independent professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators can come together and work “on the fly.”
“The vision for Flywheel extends far beyond on the space we provide,” said Brad Bennett, CEO of Wildfire, LLC. “We are creating a knowledge-sharing environment driven by innovation, not just a place for people to work.”
Flywheel is the brainchild of Wildfire and two other local partner companies – Workplace Strategies Inc. and Storr Office Environments – that believe that connection, collaboration and knowledge-sharing are the secret sauce for growing businesses that create great jobs and future prosperity.
Short-and-long-term memberships are available at Flywheel. They include access to casual and contemporary environments, comprised of many different work and play areas.
Workspace options include functional open co-working desks and tables, accommodating team spaces and customizable enclosed office spaces.
Members can utilize a variety of imaginative and comfortable seating areas, the “IQ Court” (an event space that is also a basketball court), billiards and even darts to foster ideas through play. Members also have access to state-of-the art conference rooms, complete with video and teleconference capabilities.
Flywheel members have access to numerous support services and amenities, including 24/7 keycard access, high speed internet, private phone booths, a staffed reception area, storage lockers, complimentary beverages and snacks, printing, copying, mailboxes, and other convenient office tools and supplies. Flywheel memberships are limited to 300.
