Villanova men’s basketball coach Jay Wright has announced his retirement at the age of 60 and 21 years as the Wildcats’ head coach. This was unexpected as the Villanova Wildcats are still one of the best teams in the country and Wright seems to be in peak health.

Throughout the pandemic, Whole Man Ministries (WMM) has had one mission: ensuring the health and safety of those in need in the community. Continuing with this effort, WMM, 3916 Old Lexington Road, Winston-Salem, will host The Big Health Care Fair on April 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This was an unprecedented season for QEA (Quality Education Academy) varsity ladies basketball team head coach Melvin Heggie. Dealing with injuries and uncertainty, Heggie and the Lady Pharaohs battled all season and accomplished their goal of becoming CAA4SC state champions.
