Delta Arts’ Annual Jazz & Jambalaya Fundraiser Returns April 25

Winston-Salem, N.C. — A long-time favorite for local music lovers, Delta Arts Center’s signature fundraiser, Jazz & Jambalaya, returns Friday, April 25, from 7 to 10 p.m. at a new location: HanesBrands Theatre, 209 N. Spruce St., in downtown Winston-Salem.
This lively evening supports Delta Arts Center’s mission to celebrate, preserve and advance African American art and culture through exhibitions, education and community programming.
Guests will enjoy a soulful live performance from Emmy Award-winning vocalist Alyson Williams, joined by jazz pianist Keith Byrd, delivering an intimate evening of smooth jazz and unforgettable vocals.
The event will also feature a “Taste of New Orleans” with heavy hors d’oeuvres inspired by Southern cuisine (note: this is not a sit-down dinner). A cash bar will offer festive New Orleans-style cocktails and beverages throughout the night.
“It’s an evening of smooth jazz, flavorful food and community connection — all while supporting arts and culture that uplift,” said organizers from Delta Arts Center.
