Downtown Winston-Salem’s Summer Music Series returns for 28th season
The Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership is excited to share that our beloved Summer Music Series is returning for its 28th season in 2026! This cherished community tradition brings residents, visitors, and music fans together for a summer full of free live music in the heart of downtown.
This year features the return of two fan favorites—Downtown Jazz and Summer on Fourth—along with an exciting new addition, Back To Trade, bringing live music back to the historic intersection of Sixth and Trade Streets.
All performances are free and open to the public.
