On Monday, Oct. 29, Dwayne L. Mosley, Zumba instructor known as #MannSwagg, led a group of women and children in an empowering, energetic, and uplifting class through the style of Zumba. This class features many different styles of music, dances and routines composed from African Azonto, Spanish, Latin, and R&B music.

Many people from throughout the community participated in this event. At the end of class, they honored two breast cancer survivors: Lady Sarah Mendez of Emmanuel Baptist Church, who resides in Winston-Salem, and Letitia Ausborne of New Hope Worship, who resides in Lexington. The honorees were showered with love and flowers, and light refreshments were served.

Dwayne Mosley said, “It takes two seconds to show somebody you care!”
