Lindsay is Riverrun chair
Cheryl Lindsay has been appointed chair of the RiverRun International Film Festival. The Hanesbrands executive and community advocate will lead a board that also includes newcomers Barry Maine, a professor of English at Wake Forest University; Devora Rogers, Inmar’s senior director of Retail Marketing Insights; and State Rep. Ed Hanes Jr., president of Monticello Park Holdings LLC, Monticello Publishing and the recently-launched WS Arts Magazine.
“I am very pleased to welcome these committed individuals who are investing their time, talent and expertise into RiverRun. These efforts will not only assist the growth of the film festival, but also the growth of Winston-Salem and the greater Piedmont Triad,” said Lindsay. “We are grateful for this energized and passionate team and we are looking forward to an exciting 2013 Festival.”
