Rev. Linda P. McRae will host the grand opening of her HOPE Counseling & Consulting Services, Inc. tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 27).

The celebration will be held from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at HOPE’s Winston-Salem location, 8 W. Third St., Suite 555. The agency also has a Reidsville site at 460 Salem Church Rd.

McRae will put her more than 15 years of experience as a clinical social worker to work at HOPE, which offers proficient, individualized and group counseling and support services.

McRae says the agency’s goal is to heal the person and the environment by implementing programs and services that seek to promote behavioral, emotional and physical wellbeing.

“HOPE believes that every environment helps to shape the life of its constituents,” she states in a release. “HOPE believes that given the proper tools, every person from the white-collar to the blue-collar worker can maneuver their environment successfully and play a vital role in their community.”

Outpatient services for individual, group and family therapy, substance abuse assessment, grief and loss and divorce aftercare are offered. McRae says the services are affordable, and HOPE accepts most insurance and Medicaid.
