Cornelius Regan has released his first book, “Success and Prosperity through God’s Word.”

“This book is one that can change your life by revealing the power of God’s word and what He can do to transform your life,” according to the St. Pauls native. “It shows time and again how in history, God has changed men and women of God who experienced God’s power by believing in His word.”

Regan credits faith for changing his life. He grew up in the church – Little Marsh AME Zion Church – but strayed away from attending church services and into trouble with the law in his early teens.

“I began to get into all kinds of foolishness, from selling drugs, to shootouts, to being shot three times, to having promiscuous sex, to in and out of county jails, to on the run from the law for almost four years, to finally in prison 13 years and counting for drug conspiracy,” said Regan, who is serving time at the federal detention center in Butner.

Regan now works to change the lives of his fellow inmates and their families.
He engages other inmates in the weekly Bible studies, prayer circles, revivals and one-on-one counseling sessions he leads, and, through his CJR Ministries, he and his wife, Jeannetta, sponsor Easter egg hunts, back-to-school programs and other special events for the families of inmates. CJR Ministries also utilizes the Internet and postal service to spread Regan’s message around the nation and the world.

“I’ve studied every commentary from Genesis to Revelation,” Regan said. “My life has changed dramatically because Jesus Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit has done an awesome work in my life, and I give God all the glory. God has given me a fresh word for ‘This New Generation.’ It’s a life altering word. It’s practical and it’s alive.”

“Success and Prosperity through God’s Word” is available as both a hard copy and e-book at http://bookstore.westbowpress.com.
