The Carl H. Russell Sr. Community Center just wrapped up another successful winter basketball season.

On Nov. 30, Piggott will hang up his whistle and keys and retire as senior supervisor of the Carl H. Russell Sr. Community Center.
The Carl H. Russell Sr. Community Center crowned the champions in the 5-9 age group as well as the 10-13 age group in its summer youth basketball league.
